REFUND POLICY
Discreet DNA Mobile Testing will under no circumstances issue a refund for any DNA Testing that has been performed via a swab sample. In accordance with state and federal laws we will submit all DNA specimens to said lab and release all subsequent information as agree upon with all client/consumers. Under no circumstances will any paid monies be refunded.

***CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT: If you decide to cancel your order after making a purchase but before the kit has been shipped, Discreet DNA Mobile Testing may consider issuing a full refund at our discretion. Please be advised that a $25.00 administration fee will be subtracted from your total purchase amount.
NEW YORK NOTICE: Due to NY State Department of Health regulations, we cannot ship home DNA testing kits to addresses within the state of New York. If you place an order and the shipping location(s) have a New York Address the order will be Canceled and a Refund will be issued, a $50 administration fee will be retained.
Please remember that all refund decisions are subject to Discreet DNA Mobile Testing's discretion and may incur additional administrative and handling fees.
REFUND PROCESSING: Should a refund be granted, the amount will be returned via the original payment method, whether that be a credit card, money order, check, or merchant account.
***CANCELLATION FOLLOWING SHIPMENT: You are entitled to request a refund within 7 days of your order being shipped, provided that the testing service has not commenced. It is important to note that this refund will exclude any shipping costs, and a $25.00 administration fee will be deducted from your purchase amount.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, or INCORRECT DNA TEST KITS: If you receive a DNA test kit that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we encourage you to report it so that we can arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, courtesy of Discreet DNA Mobile Testing.

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING COSTS: All DNA Test Kits from Discreet DNA Mobile Testing are shipped free of charge.
COURIERS: We rely on trusted shipping partners such as USPS and FedEx to deliver our products.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Discreet DNA Mobile Testing provides international shipping. Please verify that the DNA Test Kit you are ordering complies with the policies and regulations of your country.
COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING DNA TEST KITS: In cases where the DNA test kit is found to be damaged, defective, or not what was ordered, Discreet DNA Mobile Testing will cover any return shipping costs and offer a full refund on delivery charges. However, if the wrong DNA test kit was ordered due to a mistake on your part, the responsibility for any shipping charges incurred falls on you.
REFUND POLICY REGARDING UNEXPECTED TEST RESULTS: If the results of the DNA test are not in line with your expectations, or if you believe you should not be financially responsible for the testing due to the child not being biologically related to you, it is important to understand that the obligation for payment still remains, and a refund will not be granted. Our responsibility is to provide the service you have paid for, and we are not accountable for results that may come as a surprise or are unintended. We ensure accuracy and reliability in our testing process, and the results reflect the genetic information provided through the samples.
